Today we're launching Unified Inbox—a feature our customers have been requesting for months.
The problem was simple: managing conversations across SMS, WhatsApp, and email meant constantly switching between tabs, losing context, and sometimes missing messages entirely.
Unified Inbox fixes that.
One View for Everything
Every conversation—regardless of channel—now appears in a single, organized inbox. Click on a contact and see their complete history: the SMS they sent last week, the WhatsApp message from yesterday, the email from this morning.
No more hunting. No more context switching. Just conversations.
How It Works
Messages arrive in real-time and are automatically grouped by contact. Whether someone texts you, WhatsApps you, or emails you, it shows up in the same thread.
Channel indicators show where each message came from, so you always know. And when you reply, you choose which channel to use—or let the system default to their last-used channel.
For Teams
If you're working with a team, Unified Inbox makes collaboration easier.
Assign conversations to team members. Leave internal notes that only your team can see. See who's handling what, and step in when needed.
No more "Did anyone respond to this?" confusion.
What Our Beta Testers Say
We've been testing Unified Inbox with a small group of customers for the past two months. Here's what they told us:
"I used to have three browser tabs open all day. Now I have one." — Maria, real estate agent
"Response time dropped because I actually see messages when they come in." — James, e-commerce owner
"My team finally has visibility into who's handling what." — Priya, agency owner
Available Now
Unified Inbox is rolling out to all accounts starting today. You'll see it in your dashboard—just click "Inbox" in the main navigation.
If you've been managing conversations across multiple channels, this changes everything. One inbox. Full context. No more missed messages.
We built this because you asked for it. Let us know what you think.
