7-Day Full Refund + Prorated Refunds
We're confident you'll love MessageSync.ai. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked. After 7 days, we offer prorated refunds based on your remaining subscription period.

MessageSync.ai is a brand and service operated by HN30 LLP. At MessageSync.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. We believe in transparency and fairness in all our business practices.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Period (First 7 Days)
If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to:
- Subscription purchases on any plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
- Both monthly and annual subscription plans
- Upgrades from free trial to paid subscription
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
- You must not have previously received a refund from us
Prorated Refunds (After 7 Days)
After the initial 7-day period, you may still request a refund. We will calculate your refund based on the unused portion of your subscription:
- Monthly Plans: Prorated refund based on remaining days in your billing cycle
- Annual Plans: Prorated refund based on remaining full months in your subscription
For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 4 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 8 months of unused service.
Renewals
Our refund policy applies to subscription renewals as well. For renewal charges:
- Within 7 days of renewal: Full refund available
- After 7 days of renewal: Prorated refund based on unused time
We recommend setting up cancellation reminders if you do not wish to renew, as this avoids the need to request a refund altogether.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team: Send an email to with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include Required Information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you wish to be refunded
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Alternatively, you can request a refund by contacting us through the in-app support chat or by calling our support line.
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and will be returned to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Add-ons and One-Time Purchases: Additional services or features purchased separately from your subscription
- Professional Services: Custom development, consulting, or training services that have already been delivered
- Accounts Terminated for Violation: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Free Trial Conversions After 30 Days: Subscriptions where the refund request is made more than 30 days after converting from a free trial
Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:
Cancellation
- Stops future billing
- Access continues until end of current period
- No refund for remaining time
- Can be done anytime from account settings
Refund
- Returns money for payment made
- Must meet eligibility criteria
- Access typically ends upon approval
- Requires contacting support
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues or service outages that significantly impact your ability to use MessageSync.ai, we may provide:
- Service Credits: Prorated credits applied to your account for the affected period
- Extended Subscription: Additional time added to your subscription at no charge
- Full or Partial Refund: In cases of extended or severe service disruption
Please contact our support team to report any service issues, and we will work to resolve them promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and may complicate the resolution process.
