Prorated Refunds, Anytime
You can request a refund on any subscription charge at any time. We refund the unused portion of your current billing period—remaining days for monthly plans, or remaining full months for annual plans.
Overview
MessageSync.ai is a brand and service operated by HN30 LLP. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund on your subscription. We believe in transparency and fairness in all our business practices.
Refund Eligibility
Prorated Refunds on Subscriptions
You may request a refund on any subscription charge. The refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion of your current billing period:
- Monthly Plans: Prorated refund based on remaining days in your billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Prorated refund based on remaining full months in your subscription.
For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 4 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 8 months of unused service.
Renewals
The same prorated refund applies to subscription renewals. We recommend setting up cancellation reminders if you do not wish to renew, as cancelling before the renewal date avoids the need to request a refund altogether.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team: Send an email to with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include Required Information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you wish to be refunded
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Alternatively, you can request a refund by contacting us through the in-app support chat or by calling our support line.
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through the payment processor that handled your original transaction (such as Razorpay or PayPal) and will be returned to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Add-ons and One-Time Purchases: Additional services or features purchased separately from your subscription.
- Consumed Usage Credits: Communication credits (SMS, WhatsApp, email) and AI credits that have already been used or delivered.
- Professional Services: Custom development, consulting, or training services that have already been delivered.
- Accounts Terminated for Violation: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:
Cancellation
- Stops future billing
- Access continues until end of current period
- No refund for remaining time
- Can be done anytime from account settings
Refund
- Returns money for payment made
- Must meet eligibility criteria
- Access typically ends upon approval
- Requires contacting support
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues or service outages that significantly impact your ability to use MessageSync.ai, we may provide:
- Service Credits: Prorated credits applied to your account for the affected period
- Extended Subscription: Additional time added to your subscription at no charge
- Full or Partial Refund: In cases of extended or severe service disruption
Please contact our support team to report any service issues, and we will work to resolve them promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly, and requesting a refund through our support team is almost always faster than a chargeback.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened against a charge, we will respond to the inquiry—through our payment processor and, where applicable, your card issuer—within 7 business days, providing transaction records, account activity, and any prior support correspondence relevant to the dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution and may complicate the recovery of the charge.
