Customer Success Specialist

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the voice of our customers and help them achieve their communication goals. You'll provide exceptional support, guide customers through onboarding, and ensure they get maximum value from our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and video calls
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are successful
  • Document common issues and contribute to our knowledge base
  • Escalate product feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales to expand accounts

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer success or support experience in SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
  • Familiarity with customer communication concepts
  • Experience with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Nice to Have

  • Experience with communication platforms
  • Background in email communication or customer engagement
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Experience creating help documentation or video tutorials
